Apryl made an appearance as a contestant on Search For The Next Doll, where she tried out to become a member of the new Pussycat Dolls. Apryl was not selected because she didn't make an impact on the panel of judges. She went out on tours together with her back-up. In the following months, the two made the decision to be one of eight cast members of Vh1's Hollywood. The initial season depicts the birth and pregnancy of their baby son Megaa Omari. Her career struggles and insecurities are explored during season 2. Omarion, who was on tour when she recorded the second-season reunion episode, did not accompany Apryl. Apryl confirmed on December 7 the 7th of December, 2015. that Omarion as well as Apryl had quit their show. Apryl and Omarion welcomed their daughter A'mei Kasuko Grandberry born on March 7, 2016. Four months after that, Apryl and Omarion broke apart. Apryl's appearance on the show was season 4, when she had a meeting with Lil' Fizz. They talked about the possibility of a B2K possible reunion. Apryl makes a return to the show during Season 6, in which she reveals her battles over custody with Omarion and Omarion, along with media speculations and scrutiny regarding her relationship with Lil' Fizz. In season six, the two admit that they're romantically linked and put her in conflicts with Moniece as well as the other cast members.
