Annie Mist Thorisdottir from Reykjavik Iceland is a CrossFit athlete. She is also a coach as well as trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. In 2010, she finished 2nd. Annie Thorisdottir - the Icelander weightlifter, CrossFit competitor and media star - is a CrossFit athletes from Iceland. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. A winner at The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie was born in Iceland, Reykjavik along with her parents and siblings. She enjoyed playing sports and started working out at the age of five. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir competed in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir has 31 years older (as as of 2021). She's 5'7 tall, and weighs around 67 kilograms. Annie started her CrossFit adventure in California in 2009. Annie had an impressive performance during her first competitions. She placed at the top of the list in 70 competitors. She did not take home a championship and concluded the tournament in 11th place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The same year, under Jami's coaching she won the silver medal in the CrossFit Games. In the following year she again participated in the CrossFit events and thanks to her dominant performance she won the games as the very first female to be crowned winner of CrossFit Games. Annie's impressive performance in 2012 helped to her a third CrossFit Games victory. This was her second consecutive time she had won consecutively. In 2014, she received a gold medal. Then in 2021 she won with a bronze. Presently, Annie is a coach and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik which was started by her. As she has gained more recognition as an athlete, Annie has appeared as a spokesperson of a variety of sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Renaissance Periodization Nuun Hydration Sidekicks Yerbae and many other. Her own Youtube page boasts over 1,000 subscribers, where she posts the videos of her family and trips as well as training diets.
